Unused items in their original condition may be returned within the stated window. For hygiene reasons, certain uniform items may not be returnable once worn. Books must be unmarked.
How refunds are made
Because payments are verified manually rather than through a live gateway, approved refunds are processed manually to the account you paid from. This can take a few working days.
Fees on withdrawal
Refunds of fees when a student withdraws follow the institution's fee policy. Admission and processing charges may be non-refundable. Details will be confirmed with the office.
