Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run admissions, the portal and the store.
- Applicant and student details: name, date of birth, address, prior schooling
- Guardian details: name, relationship, phone, email (and CNIC only where required)
- Account details: email and a securely hashed password
- Payment verification screenshots you upload, held in a private store
- Basic technical data such as IP address for security and abuse prevention
How we use it
To process admissions, manage enrolment, issue fees and receipts, run the store and library, and communicate with you about your child's education.
Children's data
Because our institutions include a Montessori school, we process information about young children. We collect it from a parent or guardian, use it only for the child's education, and restrict who can see it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We use trusted service providers to run the platform — hosting, database and email delivery — who process data on our behalf under contract.
Your rights and contact
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information. Contact the school office and we will help. Retention periods and the exact legal basis will be finalised with our legal adviser.
