Billing and due dates
Fees are billed to your portal with a clear due date and a breakdown of what is included. The exact cycle and any concessions are set by each institution.
Paying online
Choose a payment channel, pay to the account shown, and upload a screenshot as proof. We usually verify payments within 24 hours; occasionally it can take 48–72 hours.
If a payment cannot be confirmed
If we cannot confirm a payment, you will see a note explaining why, with a number to appeal or the option to retry. A receipt is issued to your portal and email once a payment is approved.
